The F430's 4.3-liter V8 powerhouse receives a recalibrated engine control unit and a high-performance exhaust system, plus new air filters. Output climbs from 490 horsepower to 525HP. According to the company, the massaging has nudged top speed to 325km/h or 202mph. For those that want more power, Status Design offers an optional supercharging kit from Novitec that boosts output to 700HP.
The exterior aero package includes a body kit with side skirts, carbon fiber roof spoiler, front bumper with LED daytime running lights, carbon trim on the window surrounds, mirror covers and dual-kidney grille, and a new rear bumper that makes room for a pair of dual tail pipes and a carbon fiber diffuser. A set of 22-inch alloy wheels from Hartge complete the crossover's looks.
Sometimes, in their attempt to create a proposal uniquely different, tuners go overboard, way overboard. Such seems to be the case with Russian tuner, Status Design and their Porsche Cayenne project that is still in the works. For now, we've only got a trio of renderings to go by, but the aesthetic result is not what we'd call promising. The Russian tuner proposes a 'Fast and Furious' style full bodykit with a completely new front nose, side skirts and even C-pillar wings rounded off by a new set of alloy wheels and two-tone paint schemes.
